RADIANT...
| Radiant and Regulus were the first pair of "middle northwich" boats built in 1935, built with rounded chines and a vee bottom. Radiant has spent almost its whole life in active work, only coming out of service as a maintenance boat, B3, with British Waterways on the Gloucester and Sharpness Ship Canal in September 1992. |  |

During winter 2008, Radiant was docked at Brinklow for restoration work to be undertaken including extensive hull plate repairs especially behind the knees, the hull was also straightened, a new rudder tube was fitted and modifications were carried out on the rams head. |
